如何在下单後更改我的送货地址?

如果您已经下了订单想更改地址,请马上透过Facebook专页Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store或电邮shipping@vivipowerholding.com与我们的客户服务部更改您的送货地址。
由於系统限制,您无法於系统直接更改送货地址,而订单记录亦不会显示送件地址更新,但我们的出货部门乐意为您更改送货地址。

 

邮寄安排

寄往马来西亚:所有邮件一律采用本公司指定的速递公司寄出,如顾客有特别指定速递公司或要求,请透过Facebook专页Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store或电邮shipping@vivipowerholding.com与我们的客户服务部联络。

寄往新加坡:我们为新加坡客户提供顺丰速运 (SF Express),由马来西亚寄出。货件将需时大约1-3工作天到达新加坡,追踪号码将会在货件寄出後提供。如需指定其他速递公司,需由顾客承担额外费用。请联络:shipping@vivipowerholding.com

 

运费

我们会根据不同地区而收取相应的运费,当客户付款时,系统会详细列出所有费用,包括送货费用。在单次交易内,凡购物满指定金额,即可享有免费送货优惠。

下订单後何时出货?

收到付款後,我们会安排寄出货件。

马来西亚: 大约1至5个工作天送达
新加坡: 大约2至5个工作天送达

以上快件抵达时间只是估算,实际送件时间由快递公司所提供的为准。

未付款 = 未完成付款
处理中 = 完成付款
完成交易 = 已经收件

 

退换政策

Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store服务态度专业谨慎,订单送出前已一再覆检,确保产品品质良好,并细心包裹尽方法减低运送过程中发生损毁的可能。我们提供「3日货品退换购物保證」,若您收到货品时,发现货品损毁、不完整或变质,我们很乐意为您退换该货品。您可以透过Facebook专页Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store或电邮orders@vivipowerholding.com办理退换货品。

办理退换货品时,请提供以下资料:

- 该笔订单编号
- 收到订购产品的损毁情况/细节
- 敬请随函附上受损毁产品的电子图档
- 当我们收到您的退换通知并确认後立即跟进,请您先保存受损产品。
- 我们会在收到退货後约 10 个工作天,把货品退回。於批核申请後,我们会请您将该受损产品寄回予我们作更换,送递费用由Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store吸收。

以下产品恕不接受产品退换:

- 产品由收货期起计超过3天产品
- 已经开封或曾被使用(例如包装胶纸或盒被撕去)
- 产品并未保持完好包装、已受破坏、损毁或不完整(包裹收妥时已损毁或产品外盒完好但内容物损毁者不在此限)
- 任何显示不接受退货的折扣产品、清货产品或特卖产品
- 任何免费赠品及试用装礼品任何不在Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store购买之产品
- 本店产品皆为外国进口品牌,故品牌包装规格常有更改。我们会尽最大努力确保网站资讯与产品一致。若产品包装规格与实物有异,以实物为準。

*Please note, deciding which store you should go depends on your parcel’s delivery address, not your nationality or billing address.

Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store has been especially designed by Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store  for customers using its online shopping services. Items sold at Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store are intended for personal use only. Customs penalties, charges, delay or other expenses incurred as a result of an action by customs will be charged to the consignee along with any applicable duty or tax, Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage. Any purchase made by using the online shopping services on this site is subject to and governed by the Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store Online Shopping Terms and Conditions. The purchased products shall be accepted by the customer entirely at the Customer's own risk.
 
 
Shipping cost
 
Related shipping costs will be charged according the delivery regions, the details of delivery fees and product fees will be listed out in detail before check-out.
Member also can enjoy the free shipping when purchase amount specified amount in single transaction of our website.
 
There are no shipping charge to Malaysia customers.
 
 
When would the products be shipped out?
 
Products will be ship out on the next business day after received payment, Malaysia customers will usually received their item within 1-5 business days. For Singapore customers, we ship your parcel by SF Express from our Malaysia shipping office; your parcel will usually arrive in Singapore within 2 to 5 business days. 
 
 
What does my order status mean?

Pending: not paid 
Processing: payment received and shipment would be arranged very soon
Completed: shipped.

 

What to do if I want to add in more products after checkout?

You may start a new order from our online store if you have not completed payment for the current order.

If you are unsure about the payment status or have already completed the payment, please contact us through Facebook Page "Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store" or email us at shipping@vivipowerholding.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.

 

What to do if I want to change my shipping address?

For any customers who want to change shipping address after placing an order, please contact us ASAP through Facebook Page Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store or email us at shipping@vivipowerholding.com with your order number and updated address.

 

Returns and Refund

 
We do not accept refund for the products, but we are happy to provide exchange if the product is damaged. We try very best packaging all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order under the 3  Days Returns Policy. We are to address this problem immediately. Please email to shipping@vivipowerholding.com right away, and include the following information:
 
- Your order number.
- The details of the damaged/defective product received.
- Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products upon receipt.
 
We will respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please DO NOT throw away your damaged/defective items or send them back without our approval. 
We will ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us after exchange request is approved (at our expense). Thank you. 
 
The returns products are excluded :
- Any product returned more than 3 days after receipt date
- Opened, damaged, used, incompleted (except after spoilage discovered/ broken package)
- No longer in its original salable condition
- Any non-refundable discounted products, clearance products or sale products
- Any free gifts/ samples/ trial packs
- Products without official receipt
- Any products that are not from Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store
- Our products are all foreign agent brands, and their brand packaging specifications are changed quite often. We will do our best to ensure that the website information is consistent with the product. If the product packaging specifications are different from the actual ones, the actual product shall prevail.
 

Should the items be satisfied all above conditions, please contact us and we will follow up and process your requirement immediately.

Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store will process your returns within 10 working days after receiving the returned parcel.  You are responsible to take good care of the items before you return them to us.

In case of dispute, Vivien Yeo's Beauty Store decision shall be final and conclusive. Final sale items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and contact us right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
